This herb is of Chinese origin. It is a very popular herb that is used for treating ailments such as dehydration. It is used to dilate the blood vessels on the skin’s surface which helps in bringing down the temperature of the body and aids in cooling and combating the after effects of dehydration. It is prohibited for pregnant women.
Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium)
Yarrow is another effective herb for curing dehydration and dealing with it effects. Fever caused due to dehydration can be cured by consuming yarrow tea. When its tea is consumed it gets rid of the fatigue and stops the perspiration that is another cause of fluid loss.
It is anti-coagulant in nature hence people who are taking medicines for blood thinning should avoid it. Even pregnant women are advised against taking this herb.
