Herbal Remedies For Sore Throat
Turmeric
Mix one tsp. of turmeric powder in one cup of milk. Boil it at high heat. After five minutes, turn the heat low and let the herb simmer in milk for another five minutes. Sea Salt And Bergamot

Add two ounces of this mixture in one quart of purified water. Boil it at low heat until the mixture is reduced to half. Strain the liquid. Add 2 tablespoons of honey into it. Drink it warm. Oregon Grape And Echinacea
Mix 1 tsp. of vegetable glycerin, 1 tsp. of raw organic honey, ½ tsp. of tinctures extracted from Oregon grape roots and ½ tsp. of Echinacea tincture in two oz. of purified water.
