Tinea versicolor is also referred to as “Dermatomycosis Furfuracea’’, “Pityriasis Versicolor’’, and “Tinea Flava’’. It is a chronic fungal infection of the skin caused by pityrosporum ovale fungus. Natural Treatments for Tinea Versicolor
The acidic properties of tomato juice can prevent the spread of the fungus. A person can mix tomato juice with unpolished rice flour and apply this mixture on the affected area.
