Banana is popular for its laxative property and it is important to know that eating boiled bananas twice a day can help in getting rid of hemorrhoids. You just need to be sure that you are boiling ripe bananas. Take a cup of milk and mash one ripe banana (boiled) and have this three to four times a day for effective results.
Take a cotton swab and immerse it is a glass containing lemon juice (freshly squeezed) . Take this cotton dipped in limejuice and gently apply it on the area affected. You will experience a mild sting in the first application, which will gradually reduce. Now, the lemon juice will start doing its job and help in getting rid of this irritable pain.
Aloe vera is known for its curative properties. Cut an aloe vera leaf, heat it a little bit, and apply it on the area affected. Make sure you do this before going to sleep. It is known to work magic in getting relief from the swelling and the pain. It is also effective in treating piles, which bleed.
The other option is to freeze it after slicing and then applying the solution that is frozen on the affected area to reduce pain, burning sensation and itchiness immediately. You can also get relief by drinking aloe vera juice.

Cumin works well in the treatment of piles. Roast, crush and grind some cumin into a powder. Take water (a glass) and mix about half a teaspoon of this powder. Drinking this liquid regularly is an efficient and effective way to keep piles at bay.
Neem Leaves And Wheat grass
Sesame oil is a simple method for treating piles. Apply some sesame oil on the affected area and follow this with some hot water fermentation, which will be very effectual. Grind and powder the mango seed and add this powder to water and some honey, stir well and drink it. This is a great way to treat piles. Add some lime juice and rock salt to buttermilk, stir it well, and drink it.
This is one of the most favorable among the home remedies for piles. Berries are popular and known for its anti-inflammatory qualities. Eat them regularly for greater benefits. You can consume grapes along with berries. Mix some bitter gourd juice with a glass of buttermilk and have it in the morning on an empty stomach for thirty days to get relief from this problem.
