Dry Ginger, Long Pepper And Black Pepper
Mix two grams each of dry ginger, long pepper and black pepper thoroughly. Take this mixture with one teaspoon of honey, once every day for two to three days.
Honey And White Pepper
You can also take 1 tsp. of pure honey with a pinch of white pepper powder. Use this remedy two to three times daily. The cough will go away completely in just 4-5 days.
Black Pepper And Lemon
Slightly cut a medium size lemon and fill powdered black pepper into it. Suck it several times a day. It also relieves cough very fast.
Milk, Honey, Ginger And Turmeric
Mix 1 tsp. of honey and one or two pinches of ginger and turmeric powder in one cup of warm milk. Drink it two times daily. Besides relieving cough, this remedy also provides relief from headache, cold and body pain.
Aloe Juice
Drink two tbsp. of warm aloe juice two times daily. You can also take it with one teaspoon of honey.
Garlic
Crush two cloves of garlic and mix it in one glass of water. Boil it for ten minutes. Filter the liquid. Drink it warm. It will relieve cough and make the breathing easier for you.
Aniseed

Mix 20 grams each of sugar and butter into the paste thoroughly. Consume this almond paste two times daily. This remedy is particularly very effective in relieving dry cough.
Grapes
Mix one tsp. of honey with one cup of grape juice. Take this mixture 2 times a day. It is a powerful natural expectorant, which can relief both cough and cold within 3-4 days. Just chewing grapes can also be very beneficial.
Salt Water
This is probably the simplest, most common and most effective remedy to relieve cough. Mix a pinch of salt in a glass of hot water. Gargle with it 4-5 times daily.
