Tired eyes are usually caused due to straining the eyes continuously without giving it a rest. Normally people have tired eyes at the end of the day or before sleep. Tired eyes are usually caused due to dryness. Normally people blink 12 to 15 times per minute, which naturally lubricates the eyes. As the eyes grow tired the blink rate reduces which causes the eyes to grow dry and causes itchiness.
Tired eyes are usually caused due to lack of sleep, working for a long time in front of the computer, reading or watching TV for a long time, allergy, etc. If you are working in front of a computer, take small breaks as and when possible.
